Protecting your mattress with a cover is one of the best ways to extend its life, but for individuals who own a custom bed in a non-standard size, it can be difficult to find a protective cover that fits properly. With Foam Factory's custom gray and white striped cover, you can have a 50/50 cotton and polyester blend cover made to your exact specifications. Custom covers are dry clean only and feature a zipper for easy removal.
To Order a Custom Cover WITH a Custom Mattress
Using the length and width of your custom mattress, select the next largest standard size from the drop-down menu, where both dimensions are greater than your custom mattress. If ordering a mattress in a thickness other than a whole-inch increment, select the next largest size for the cover. For example, a custom mattress measuring 57" x 78" that is 5-1/2" thick would require the Smaller than Queen 60" x 80" cover size option and the 6" cover thickness option. If you order a custom mattress with a whole-inch thickness, select the matching thickness for the cover. In other words, order a 6" thick cover if you are ordering a 6" thick mattress.
With these sizes selected, Foam Factory will refer to your purchase order for the exact dimensions of your new custom mattress and create a cover to match!

Mattress Covers Installation Available!
When a mattress cover is purchased alongside a foam mattress of the same size, Foam Factory can apply the cover to the mattress before packaging and shipping, so you will not have to do it yourself. When ordering multiple foam layers, we require that the foam is laminated together to maintain product integrity during shipping and use.
Note: The 11" and 12" cover thickness option will only be available for Twin and Twin long with any install option. Any 11" or 12" cover thickness size larger than a Twin long size will only have the 'cover only - self install' option.
