Our Dryfast foam is suited to outdoor use where moisture and precipitation are prevalent, such as in patio furniture, marine cushioning, or personal watercraft seating. The large, open cells provide a high degree of airflow, allowing the foam to dry quickly, even after complete saturation. It is also antimicrobial, suppressing the growth of microorganisms that can accumulate in damp areas.
Dryfast works well under breathable, water-resistant covers, such as Sunbrella-type fabrics or Phifertex-style vinyl mesh, which allow the enclosed Dryfast to do its job without trapping the water inside.

Manufacturing Tolerances
Custom-cut outdoor cushions have dimensional tolerances according to the "Custom-Cut Cushions" section of our Dimensional Tolerances table. If your project requires a tighter tolerance, Contact Us for more information about machine cut custom items.
Largest Solid Sheet
The largest solid size available is 50" x 90". When any one piece of foam is ordered larger than that, it will be glued together with another piece. There are no additional gluing charges for oversized cushions.
