Features

Chemically cross-linked foam is an extremely fine-celled foam, ideal for projects and applications that require thicker foam. With a smooth, pleasant feel combined with superior physical and chemical properties, our cross-linked polyethylene 2LB foam is the solution for an array of applications that demand thicker sections of closed-cell material. With its closed-cell density, this strong and reliable foam works well commercially as thermal insulation, construction expansion joints, and industrial gaskets. It is also used as packaging and in flotation equipment, with its low moisture permeability and high buoyancy.

Colors Available!
White and charcoal are available in all sheet sizes since these are common choices. The colors blue, light green, light purple, light red, and yellow are available in full sheets only.

Custom Cutting is Available!
While we offer commonly needed sizes at the ready, we can also cut custom sizes of cross-linked polyethylene foam for any project. Please Contact Us for details.

Suprised by the fast shipping
Claude Castonguay | July 2nd, 2024
Your customer service was very helpful so I bough closed cell foam for my camper and was surprised by the fast shipping (maybe I was just lucky to order just before you were to process Canadian orders). I got it in 3 days instead of the expected 2 weeks. The foam was of great quality and surprisingly every 8 panel was slightly bigger than what I ordered. To get free shipping I bought more than I needed and will sell it locally to other DIY camper builders.

Too Expensive
Greg Gribbon | April 4th, 2024
Unfortunately, your company was the only North American based one that I could find that would send me the foam I was looking for as I try hard not to buy Chinese made products. For a 4 ft. x 2 ft. piece of foam it cost me over $80 Canadian including shipping. That's insane. Highly unlikely I can afford to purchase anything from you again. Sincerely, Greg
